CHIEF NIGHT AUDITOR

POSITION TITLE :­ CHIEF NIGHT AUDITOR
DEPARTMENT : FINANCE DEPARTMENT

PURPOSE :

Under
the general directions of Accountant. within the limits of Hotel
Property Policies & Procedure. He/She is responsible for the
Internal Audit of the revenue of the Hotel at the Night.

RELATIONSHIPS :

1.Report directly to Accountant.

2.Provides functional assistance to Finance Department personnel affecting his/her operations.

3.Interacts with Front Office Staff and he/she supervises in Night Audit Section.

4.Corporate, coordinate and communicates with all Finance Department staff.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

1.To control and manage Night Audit and Restaurant Audit.

2.To audit the sales outlets and make the F&B summary.

3.To audit and control the Guest Ledger, city Ledger and advance payment control.

4.To make the trial balance of the accounts receivable and the night Auditors 'D' Card.

5.To post the rooms and close the daily accounts.

6.To reset all the machines of restaurants and Front Office.

7.To report any discrepancy found in Restaurant Cash and Front Office Cash to income Auditor.

8.To supervise and train up the Night Auditors.

9.To recommend Personnel action.

10.Perform any duties and special project as assigned.
