POSITION TITLE : STOREKEEPER
DEPARTMENT : FINANCE DEPARTMENT
PURPOSE :
Under
the supervision of Chief Storekeeper within the limits of Hotel
Property Policies & Procedure. She/he is responsible for handling
Stores and Assists in Costing.
RELATIONSHIPS :
1.Reports directly to Chief Storekeeper.
2.Provides functional assistance to all Store, Cost Control and Finance department personnel related to his/her operations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
1.To ensure proper documentation for the items entering into stores.
2.To ensure that all merchandise leaving the store rooms are supported by properly authorized requisitions.
3.To make sure that quantity in the store is above the minimum level.
4.To keep the store room clean. orderly and above all properly locked and supervised.
5.Performed any related duties as assigned.
